1.  The Boston man whose expletive laden discovery of a sunfish went viral

We have a new Double Rainbow Guy and his name is Michael Bergin.

All it took was a single trip on Boston Harbor, more expletives than we can count, and a strange-looking fish to turn Bergin into an Internet sensation. As of this writing, his video of an encounter with a large sunfish has garnered nearly a million views on Facebook.

In September 2015, Bergin posted the video of himself and a close friend, Jason Foster, puttering around on the ocean. In the video, the pair suddenly come across a giant sunfish floating near the water’s surface. It’s then, having never seen a sunfish before, that Bergin goes wild, and launches into a curse-fueled narration about their discovery.

2.  The guy who was driven to tears over a double rainbow

What starts as a simple appreciation of a beautiful rainbow turns into a complete freak-out over a—wait for it—double rainbow. Based on the camera man’s overreaction, you’d think he found the rainbow’s mystical pot of gold.

The guy is otherwise known as one-time MMA fighter Paul “Bear” Vasquez. The clip was filmed in his front yard just outside Yosemite National Park, in California. As of June 2015, the video has accumulated more than 41.6 million views on YouTube.

3.  The woman who freaked out over a koala chasing her

Ebony Churchill filmed the moment a koala bounded after her quad bike in thick mud, ignoring her high-pitched shrills of, “It’s coming, get away … GET AWAY!”

Churchill, who was herding cows at the time, jumped off the slow-chugging bike and the koala kept after it, climbing onto a wheel as if it were a eucalyptus tree.

Koalas are tree-dwelling marsupials that are native to Australia and always a hit with tourists. They are extremely docile, do almost nothing but munch eucalyptus leaves, and sleep up to 22 hours a day. The koala is content to spend most of its time avoiding interaction with other animals, and there are very few recorded attacks on humans. However, experts advise people to refrain from handling them, as they are likely to be distressed if seen on the ground, and have sharp claws.

A foamer (aka, train buff) known as trainandhawksfan17 saw a 1989 Rio Grande heritage unit and could not contain his enthusiasm. We don’t know exactly what that means to hobbyists, but it must be something pretty big judging by the video below:

5.  The mother of six boys who has an adorable reaction to baby’s gender reveal

North Carolina mom Cher Lair has six sons, so when she learned that her seventh child would be a girl, she reacted the way you’d expect—she screamed and fell backward onto the floor.

Lair didn’t know the baby’s sex when she cut the cake baked by friend Andrea Silvey at her gender reveal party. It was chocolate Oreo with pink on the inside. Another friend, Stacey Fagerquist, filmed the mom’s priceless reaction. See below:

A young woman who had never tried Pepsi before broke down in tears after taking a sip of the soda for the first time. Her boyfriend caught the emotional moment on camera in a video that has since gone viral.

9.  The terrified spring breaker who lost it over a harmless manatee

The swimmer on spring break was filmed screaming out in horror as a giant manatee floated past her.

The footage was taken with the help of a selfie stick and starts by showing the girl’s frightened face as she treads water desperately looking around for the docile sea cow. She is soon in hysterics (but, oddly, never drops the selfie stick.)

It is illegal to “annoy, molest, harass, or disturb any manatee” under the Endangered Species Act. Manatees bask in warm waters and spend their days grazing on seagrass. They are capable of growing to up to 13ft long and weighing 550kg (1,210lb) and have a top speed of just 5mph.

10. The woman who jumped from a moving car when she saw a spider

Angela Kipp, 35, was backing out of her driveway in Syracuse, Indiana, when she noticed a spider on her shoulder. Kipp jumped out of the car, which was still in reverse.

Her son, whose name was not released, was in the back seat, but climbed into the driver’s seat to try and press the brake. He instead pressed the accelerator pedal, causing the car to crash into a passing school bus that was empty and resulted in the boy being thrown from the car.

The boy was taken to Goshen General Hospital with minor head injuries. No one else was injured and no charges have been filed against Kipp. (Source)
