Jobs said regretted relying on alternative therapies instead of getting proper medical care that would have saved him.
Also they keep referring to regretting taking risks and how people should try skydiving. Mate, I still went skydiving when my shoulder dislocation hadn’t healed and I was almost certain not to be able to deploy my parachute (indeed, it came out again in freefall). Most of my regrets stem from taking too big a risk.
