15 TV Characters All Guys Miss Seeing On Screen

When it comes to the most beautiful women in the world, there may be no better place to find them than on your television screen. Below we feature the 15 best looking women to ever appear on a television show, with the requirement being that they can’t still be in the series (here’s looking at you, Kaley Cuoco!).

Do you have a #1 candidate already springing to mind? We hope you won’t be too crestfallen if they don’t appear on the list; as you’d expect, there was no shortage of beautiful and talented women to pick from.

What that does mean, however, is that you can expect some of the iconic entries like Jennifer Aniston and Alison Brie, but don’t think just because Jennifer Love Hewitt only gave “adult massages” for two seasons means we forgot about her.

We also have quotes from nearly every entry on the list, helping give personal insight on characters that we’re sure you’ve grown to love.

Feel free to share the list and your thoughts in the comments section on who the best looking women in television history are.

15. Evangeline Lilly (LOST) – Felt Like Show Took Away Her Freedom

Evangeline Lilly spent a large portion of her acting career in Hawaii filming the series LOST. And while you may have your opinions on the less than satisfying ending, Lilly was still stunningly beautiful whether on or off the island. Lilly admitted in an interview that the show completely monopolized her time as an actress,

“This show is all-encompassing. We have had very little experience outside of the show during the last six years because it’s just so demanding; it requires so much of us. So, it’s exciting to have your freedom back, essentially.”

She has clearly made the most of that, appearing in The Hobbit franchise and also Ant-Man.

14. Kelly Brook And Elisha Cuthbert (One Big Happy) – Two Gorgeous Leads, 6-Episode Run

Kelly Brook is proof that just because you’re very good looking, does not mean you’re going to be able to save a television series. In fact, Brook who is a talented model (mostly in the UK) was only able to stay on the air for 6 episodes with her series One Big Happy.

When talking about the show, Brooke shared her thoughts on how close she got with the cast, “I will miss this Family so much. We Laughed, Cried and ate a lot of Cheese together over the past 18months. Friendships for life, not just a season”

As seen in the above photo, the series also starred the beautiful Elisha Cuthbert who previously found success with time on 24 and movies like The Girl Next Door.

13. Rose Leslie (Game Of Thrones) – First Love Scene Was With Kit

Just because Kit Harrington still gets to see Rose Leslie on a regular basis doesn’t mean that fans still weren’t upset that the fiery redhead didn’t stick around on screen!

When talking about the scene where the two characters knocked boots, Leslie opened up saying,

“It was my first sex scene that I’ve ever done and it was weird, but I felt that it was important for the characters and the audience to get to see just how much they have fallen in love.”

The two have been dating since 2012 after Harrington fell in love during filming saying in a past interview,

‘The three weeks in Iceland when we were shooting the second season [were my favorite]. Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love.”

12. Jennifer Love Hewitt (The Client List) – Eyepopping Outfits But No Nudity For Hewitt

Jennifer Love Hewitt may elect to not bare it all for the cameras, but that didn’t stop her from taking on an incredibly risqué role in the television series The Client List.

After all, you don’t play a character who gives out some “happy ending” massages without wearing outfits that are enough to catch the attention of anyone that tunes in.

Hewitt also took her talents behind the camera, directing several episodes of the series as well. Sadly though, you’ve only got 25 episodes to check out as it was canceled after only 2 seasons.

It may not be the most popular show on our list, but that definitely doesn’t mean Hewitt is any less attractive!

11. Jenna Fischer (The Office) – Only A Perfect Match On-Screen

Plenty of the women who made our list are one-half of some of the most iconic on-screen relationships in television history.

That’s most definitely the case for Jenna Fischer who fans fell in love with as Pam Beasley and her partner Jim Halpert (played by John Krasinski).

“There’s like a real part of me that is Pam, and there’s a real part of him that’s Jim, and those parts of us were genuinely in love with one another,” said Fisher when talking about their relationship to Andy Cohen.

Though we hate to burst your bubble because she went on to say,

“But, in real life, we aren’t totally Pam and totally Jim. So in real life, we’re not like the perfect match.”

10. Olivia Wilde (House) – Owes Film Career To House

Olivia Wilde has found some success steaming up the big screen with roles like The Change-Up and has even let her clothing hit the floor in roles like in the television show Vinyl. But the show that you may most reminisce about is her role of Thirteen on the series House.

“My work has gotten so much better from being on the show and learning from Hugh and all the other actors and our amazing writing staff. It’s a strange feeling thinking I won’t be coming here every morning, but all I feel is gratitude for the opportunities they’ve given me. My film career is thanks to House.”

Wilde appeared in 81 episodes of the series.

9. Mila Kunis (That ’70s Show) – Had A Huge Crush On Kutcher

Mila Kunis got started in Hollywood at the age of 14 when she was cast in the series That ’70s Show. That meant that Kunis had plenty of growing up to do alongside juggling her newfound fame. One of the biggest ramifications of starting at a young age? Kunis admitted that her first ever kiss came on-screen, perhaps fittingly, to her future husband Ashton Kutcher.

“I was like, ‘Oh, he’s so cute, it’s the Calvin Klein model!’ Then I was like, ‘I have to kiss him?’ I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had the biggest crush on him,” said Kunis when talking to People.

While several of the cast members bounced from the series prior to it ending (including Kutcher), Kunis lent her talent to all 200 episodes.

8. Christina Hendricks (Mad Men) – Lost Her Talent Agency When Took The Role

Christina Hendricks would look good in any decade, but she may have looked extra appealing to you with the variety of dresses and fancy outfits that she got to rock as Joan on the 1960s period piece Mad Men.

While the show was a huge hit right from the start, Hendricks admitted in an interview that her decision to take the role of Joan led to her talent agency dropping her as a client,

“‘It’s a period piece, it’s never going to go anywhere. We need you to make money and this isn’t going to make money.’ They ended up dropping me.”

Something tells us they must regret that decision!

7. Natalie Dormer (Game Of Thrones) – Loved Her Death

Anyone who watches Game of Thrones knows that you can’t get too attached to any of the characters because it may only be a matter of time before they meet their end. That being said, how are you not captivated by the beautiful Natalie Dormer?

Sadly, as evident by her place on this list, Dormer is no longer in the series but when talking about her death you’ll be happy to know she was happy with her swan song.

“I was also with Finn Jones, who plays Loras, all that time. It was very moving and fitting that Finn and I should be together for those last three days and the brother and sister should go to their fate together because you see the brother and sister relationship so beautifully over the years. They go to their deaths physically holding each other,” said Dormer in an interview.

She also admitted that she knew from the start of the season that her death was coming, so at least she had time to brace for it!

6. Jennifer Aniston (Friends) – Producers Wanted Her To Play Monica

You’re never going to think of Jennifer Aniston and not at least kind of remember her portrayal of Rachel Green on the series Friends. Though while Aniston helped create such an iconic character, you may be surprised to hear that Rachel was not who the casting directors wanted to cast her as.

“They wanted Courteney [Cox] to play Rachel. And unbeknownst to each other, I wanted to play Rachel and she wanted to play Monica. It worked out perfectly,” said Aniston.

We love Cox as well, but there was no actress on that set who could rock Rachel quite like Aniston (and vice versa). Makes you wonder how many television series went by the wayside because of great actors being cast in the wrong roles.

5. Emily VanCamp (Revenge) – Wanted Something Different Than Previous Roles

Emily VanCamp may be doing an outstanding job as Sharon Carter in the last two Captain America movies, but prior to that, she had no shortage of success on the small screen.

VanCamp was one of the leads of Everwood, Brothers & Sisters and Revenge.

“As soon as I read the script for Revenge, I fell in love with the project. I wanted to do something different from Brothers & Sisters, so I waited for the right show to come along – and Revenge was exactly that,” said VanCamp when asked what inspired her to take the latter role.

While Revenge was canceled after 4 seasons, we’re sure you don’t mind being reminded of VanCamp’s beautiful looks.

4. Lea Michele (Glee) – Loses Her Good Looks For Scream Queens

Lea Michele may have made a mark for herself because of her time on Glee, but in Hollywood, it’s all about who you know and she has since moved on to appear in the series Scream Queens.

But if you’ve seen her appearance on the latter, you may wish to see more of the beautiful good looks that helped light up the screen as Rachel Berry.

Michele opened up about the drastic change in appearance, saying,

“Well, yesterday when I showed up on set, no one recognized me or even knew who I was. We have the same crew from ‘Glee’. Hair and makeup and wardrobe and some of the camera guys. No one could even recognize me! Someone compared my character to Charlize Theron in ‘Monster.’”

3. Alison Brie (Community) – Loved The Ending

Fans of the television series Community have been vocal about their hopes of getting the gang back together for a movie, and if it means getting to look at the beautiful Alison Brie again then it’s hard to not be in favor of it!

Though it’s not like Donald Glover‘s schedule is getting any less busy! One of the reasons as to why you may not want a movie could be that Brie herself was ecstatic with how the series came to a close.

“I’m happy to see Annie mature and come to a place where she no longer needs the study group as much. It’s like, ‘Aw, the kids are growing up.’ I thought it was a very sweet finale. I teared up a little bit while I watched it,” said Brie in an interview.

2. Cobie Smulders (HIMYM) – Was The Best Job Of Her Life

How I Met Your Mother may have had Ted as the “main character” but you wouldn’t be alone if Robin Scherbatsky was your favorite of the group (though if we’re being even more honest, it’s Marshall).

Smulders appeared in every episode, 208 in total, and had nothing but praise for the show following her departure, saying in a past interview,

“I have so much overwhelming gratitude to the show, it’s been the best job. It’s hard to get mad or sad when you’ve been given such opportunity.”

Smulders has found incredible success following her time in the series, including appearing in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Netflix original series A Series of Unfortunate Events.

1. Julia Louise-Dreyfus (Seinfeld) – Thinks Elaine Is Nuts, Would Date Anyone

There are some television shows on our list that we wouldn’t be surprised if you still watch them on a regular basis and if one of them isn’t Seinfeld, then perhaps you need to re-evaluate your TV schedule.

While the show was created (in part) by Jerry Seinfeld, it wouldn’t have been nearly the same without the fantastic cast that included the talented Julia Louise-Dreyfus.

You wouldn’t be alone in loving Elaine, but when talking about her character’s dating patterns, Dreyfus had some humorous insight,

“I think Elaine would go out with anyone if they showed interest in her. She’s nuts. The woman’s nuts…I’m sure it’s a self-esteem problem. I mean, she’s hanging out with these three guys, in that ratty apartment — where’s the self-esteem there? Elaine should be looking for an analyst, is what she should be looking for.”
