20 Lesbians Straight Guys Still Fantasize About

While most guys are decent enough to take no for an answer, especially with a really good reason, some guys simply never learn. They can completely accept that a woman is a lesbian, understand They will never date her, and wish her the best of luck in her lesbian relationships…but it doesn’t mean every guy is going to completely stop thinking about her, either. The id cannot be contained, and when the average heterosexual guy closes his eyes and lets his mind wander, beautiful women tend to make their way into his thoughts, and it would be downright homophobic to ignore her beauty because she’s gay, so guys keep fantasizing anyway.

Most of these women are in committed relationships with other women, and we’re happy for them. We understand they can’t be changed, and even if they were single, we have absolutely no shot with them whatsoever. But if you’re like us, this knowledge isn’t going to stop you from blasting “Pink Triangle” by Weezer while reading our list of the hottest lesbians most guys still fantasize about.

20. Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez burst onto the scene with a starring role in Girlfight that quickly led to an iconic role as Letty Ortiz in The Fast and the Furious. She has gone on to play a variety of ass-kicking women in action films such as Resident Evil and Machete. She also made several appearances on Lost. She reportedly has dated both Vin Diesel and Olivier Martinez and identifies as bisexual, but most people tend to stereotype her based on the roles she plays and see her as a tough, tomboyish lesbian. Her latest film was Furious 7.

19. Tila Tequila

Tila Tequila is a pretty complicated person, for pretty confusing reasons. Her “fame” mostly seems to exist because she says it does, as she still boasts about having been the most popular user on MySpace. Regardless, she’s also managed to get work as a model and musician along with making notable appearances on reality shows. She starred onA Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, famous for allowing both male and female contestants a chance at the bisexual star. After the show ended with a male winner, she announced she was a lesbian, ruining the concept altogether. She has suffered a series of drug problems, once apparently getting so high she sympathized with Hitler. Honestly, that’s way more of a potential deal-breaker than the whole lesbian thing.

18. Ruby Rose

Ruby Rose has been well known in her native Australia for a few years, acting as a DJ and an actress. She rose to fame as an MTV VJ and model, co-hosting Australia’s Next Top Model. Rose has recently had her profile greatly raised by starring in the third season of Orange Is The New Black on Netflix. She believes in gender fluidity, and identifies as a man seemingly more than a woman, which might bother some guys. However, given the nature of the list, we really can’t even comment on the fluidity of sexuality. Rose is slotted to co-star in a number of action sequels in 2017.

Maria Bello has been a television and film actress since the early 1990’s. She published a book titled Love Is Love: Questioning the Labels We Give Ourselves, which we feel works as a solid alternative title for this very list.

16. Cara Delevingne

Cara Delevingne began modeling when she was only 10 years old, and became an international star shortly after her 18thbirthday. She has modeled for Chanel, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Marchesa along with nearly every other major name in fashion. Kate McKinnon is an actress and comedian currently acting as a cast member on Saturday Night Live. She has twice been nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Comedy Series, an extremely rare honor amongst over one hundred former SNL cast mates. She came to fame as a writer and performer on The Big Gay Sketch Show and has remained a standup star throughout her years on SNL. Not only is she pretty hot, but she’s hilarious, too, doubly disappointing the heterosexual guys who hoped they had a chance. McKinnon is one of the stars of the upcoming female reboot of Ghostbusters.

12. Michelle Bonilla

Michelle C. Bonilla rose to fame with her appearances on ER. Prior to appearing on the medical procedural drama, she appeared on a few episodes of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Throughout her entire career, Bonilla has presented herself as a strong lesbian Latina, never shying away from who she is. Bonilla also starred in and produced the short film Slip Away, based on her experiences as an open lesbian.

11. Sarah Paulson

Sarah Paulson was primarily a stage actress, wowing Broadway with emotional performances for years before making the switch to Hollywood and doing the same on the screen. Eventually she found the acting job of her lifetime, appearing on each season of American Horror Story as a different character. She dated actress Cherry Jones for five years before breaking up, and now is reported to be in a relationship with Holland Taylor. Not only do most guys have their gender preventing this relationship from taking off, but it would seem like we’re at a disadvantage if we aren’t several decades her senior, as well. Paulson was recently one of the stars of Carol.

Maybe it’s just the ‘90’s kid in us, but who wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with Darlene Conner? She briefly dated co-star Johnny Galecki before realizing she was a lesbian. She was married to producer Allison Adler for several years before divorcing her and marrying songwriter Linda Perry a few years later. We’d have been happy to settle for being the one in an awkward teenage relationship with her, even if it did mean later in life we’d become Leonard Hofstadter.

9. Brandy Clark

Brandy Clark just recently debuted as a musician on the country music scene, but she’s been gaining traction as a songwriter for years. She started as a frequent collaborator with Shane McAnally, an openly gay male singer. With McAnally and others, Clark penned a number of huge hits for artists including Miranda Lambert, Sheryl Crow, and The Band Perry. In late 2012, she digitally released a few songs of her own and released her first solo album in 2013. Her second album, Big Day in a Small Town, is slated for release later this year. She says her songs relate to all people, and not just gay people, so hopefully we’ll at least get to have a song written about us even if the real relationship will never come to be.

8. Ellen Page

Ellen Page began her career appearing in Canadian comedy series, including Trailer Park Boys. She would break out in America in a huge way following her starring roles in Juno and Hard Candy. Page has gone on to star in a variety of critically acclaimed and popular films, as well as becoming known for her outspoken personal views and fearlessness in regards to her personal persona. Wright claimed her record sales and thus her personal finances immediately cut in half, but she stood by her feelings and her true self throughout the ordeal. She is married to LGBT rights activist Lauren Blitzer, and the couple has twin children. Her career paused when she came out, but she is reported to have funded an album through Kickstarter that should be released in the near future.

She has released four albums as St. Vincent and one collaborative album with former Talking Heads member David Byrne. In 2015, her self-titled album became only the second album recorded by a woman to win the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Album. Most guys would love her to write some songs about them, and although she believes in sexual fluidity, we don’t think there’s much of a chance for the guys, considering she’s currently dating Cara Delevingne.

2. Tegan or Sara

Tegan and Sara Quin are twin pop singers who have been making music together since they were 15. Starting with a weak album in 1999, they have since released exponentially greater albums, arguably peaking with 2007’s The Con. Though the duo haven’t quite returned to The Con’s heights, they continue to release excellent music and perform worldwide, with their profile only growing. They have also spent their careers as vocal advocates for LGBT rights, protesting California’s Prop 8 and winning a variety of GLAAD Awards. In addition to being rock stars themselves, they’ve toured with some of the biggest and most varied names in music, including Neil Young, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga. The duo are allegedly currently set to release their eighth album, LP8.
