Aftermath Of New York Cops SHOOTING An Unarmed Black Man In The Head In Front Of Multiple Witnesses

“Why’d you all shoot me? Why’d you all shoot me?” Dahmeek McDonald can be heard saying as he bleeds out on the street after being shot by cops for apparently no reason. The graphic video taken in the aftermath of the shooting immediately sparked an uprising in the community.

“I’m about to die,” McDonald says. “They shot me in the head.”

Onlookers watch in horror as McDonald writhes in pain on the pavement. “Get him to a hospital!” one woman yells as the expanding crowd becomes angrier.

Police claim the stop was over an alleged parole violation. According to law enforcement sources, McDonald was on probation for a drug possession charge and they were looking for him.  However, according to witnesses, there was absolutely no reason to shoot him.

Dashcam Shows Police Officer Hit By Drunk Driver During DWI Stop

An El Paso Police officer was hit by a drunk driver as the officer was conducting a field sobriety test on a driver from a previous collision. The officer responded to investigate a crash and during the course of the investigation was conducting a field sobriety test on one of the drivers involved in the collision. As the test was being videotaped in front of the officer’s patrol car another drunk driver struck an assisting patrol car. The patrol car then careened towards the officer and the man who was performing the test.

Without regard for his own safety, the officer grabbed the man performing the sobriety test and pushed him out of harms way before being struck by the police vehicle. The officer was thrown violently into the air after being struck by the car. Miraculously, the officer sustained only minor injuries and was released from the hospital the same morning.

One person was shot and a police officer was injured as unrest gripped Milwaukee on Sunday for a second night after the fatal shooting of a black suspect. Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says the officer who shot 23-year-old Sylville K. Smith is also black, and that officer is now staying with relatives out of town amid concerns for his safety, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Flynn says Smith had a lengthy criminal record and was shot after fleeing a traffic stop on foot Saturday afternoon. The chief says Smith had a gun that he didn't drop when he was ordered to and, per body camera footage, "the individual did turn toward the officer with the firearm in his hand. You can't tell when the officer discharges his firearm." Flynn says the officer "certainly appeared to be within lawful bounds."

Officials earlier said Smith was carrying a stolen handgun with 23 rounds of ammunition,Reuters reports. Before protests turned violent Sunday night, several of his sisters addressed a peaceful vigil. "My brother was no felon," said Kimberly Neal. "My brother was running for his life. He was shot in his back."

Sherelle Smith, another sister, condemned the Saturday night violence that left businesses burned and four police officers injured, CNN reports. The National Guard was activated but not deployed during Sunday night's protest. Police say the person shot during Sunday's unrest is an 18-year-old man who was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries. His connection to the protests is unclear.

Body Found In Trunk After Ex-Cop Kills Himself

1077739-11-20160801051331A former police officer killed himself Saturday night after a highway chase with state police, who later discovered the body of the officer's wife in the vehicle's trunk, the AP reports. Franklin Osgood, 61, was a former police officer in Providence, RI, where police say they received a call from Osgood's daughter Saturday saying her father was missing and distraught. He had last been seen Friday morning. At some point, Osgood called his daughter and told her he had harmed her mother, 55-year-old Mary Jo Osgood, Providence Police Chief Hugh Clements told reporters. Providence police put out an alert to law enforcement agencies across the country after the call. Clements said Osgood answered his phone when an officer called around 7pm, but he was agitated and wouldn't reveal his location, the Providence Journal reports.

Police notified New Jersey State Police at approximately 9pm that Osgood was believed to be traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike in a 2007 black Dodge Charger. Troopers located the car about 25 minutes later, heading north on the highway several miles from the George Washington Bridge. Osgood refused to pull over and eventually ran off the road, hit a guardrail, and struck a car driven by a trooper. Troopers found Osgood with a self-inflicted gunshot wound when they approached the car and later discovered the body of the officer's wife in the vehicle's trunk. Clements told reporters that no motive for the murder and suicide has been uncovered yet.

Obviously, "he's deeply troubled by something that is personal," Clements said. "What leads someone to this level of anger and violence, with your wife, your loved one, who knows."

Blytheville, AR - In a lawsuit filed this week, a white Blytheville police officer is accused of using  against a black man on the Fourth of July, including subduing him repeatedly with a taser as he lay on the ground.

Attorney James W. Harris filed the case Wednesday in Mississippi County Circuit Court on behalf of Chardrick Mitchell, who faces charges of obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest.

The lawsuit states that on July 4, Mitchell denied his ex-girlfriend re-entry into his apartment to retrieve what she said was clothing left inside, prompting the woman to call police.

On Thursday night, someone posted a chilling comment on LaNaydra Williams' Facebook page under images of her young daughter. "We'll see how much her life matters soon," the post on the Dallas woman's page read. "Better be careful leaving your info open where she can be found :) Hold her close tonight it'll be the last time." The comment was eventually deleted, but Williams took a picture of it and linked it to its source: a police officer in Overland Park, Kansas, the Kansas City Star reports.

little-girl

By end of day Friday, the Overland Park PD had investigated the incident and fired the officer, IDed by the New York Daily News as Rodney Lee Wilson, and it says that a criminal investigation is also in progress.

The warning was apparently a Black Lives Matter reference made after last week's Dallas police shooting that left five cops dead. But Williams says she doesn't know anyone in Kansas, let alone Wilson, and she has no clue how he came across her page and decided to threaten 5-year-old India. WDAF did discover the profile picture on her Facebook account had been of a person dressed in black holding a knife to a police officer's throat; Williams concedes Facebook has since deleted her account.

Williams says she appreciates Wilson has been terminated, as well as the apology offered by Chief Francis Donchez when he called her personally to deliver the news—but she says "it's not OK," adding, "She's all I have. India is my heart."

A Missouri man ended up dead after he tried to follow up a Facebook argument about Black Lives Matter with real-life violence, police say. St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar says an off-duty officer shot 20-year-old Tyler Gebhard dead after he threw a 50-pound concrete planter through the officer's window and forced his way into the home after the officer's wife refused to let him in, ABC News reports. The officer's mother-in-law and two young children were also home at the time. "I don't think the officer had a choice—I honestly don't," Belmar said after the Saturday evening shooting, which followed online threats.

Gebhard, who was biracial, knew the officer through a church connection, according to Gebhard's uncle, Patrick Brogan. Brogan tells the St. Louis Post-Dispatch his nephew had struggled with bipolar disorder for years and that his mental health went further downhill when he was at Southeast Missouri State University last year. He says Gebhard didn't always take his medication. "He had a lot of mental problems the last few months," Brogan says. "A lot of difficulties in life." He says there are police officers in Gebhard's own extended family. "We are sick for both families because it was senseless," the uncle says. "It was a senseless death." The officer has been placed on leave while the incident is being investigated.

Russian Cop Fired After Video Of Her Sexy Dancing Leaks

Russian Cop Fired After Video Of Her Sexy Dancing Leaks

russiancop

Apparently, if you work as a police officer and you’re a woman, you can’t be seen as a sexual being in any capacity. That was certainly true in Mexico when Mexican police officer was kicked off the force for taking a topless selfie in her patrol car.

Now, a 26-year-old Russian cop known only as Kristina is learning that lesson after getting booted off the Moscow Metro force when a video leaked of her dancing suggestively.

According to The Daily Star, Kristina posted what looks like a rather innocuous video of her dancing while wearing torn up leggings to a private Facebook group consisting of other cops. She does a PG-13 rated dance before blowing a kiss to the camera and winking. All in all, it’s the kind of scene that’s tame by basic cable standards, much less scandalous career-threatening viral video standards.

However, that didn’t stop her colleagues from diming her out to the higher-ups.

From The Daily Star:

The video was reportedly filmed in her apartment and some viewers have suggested she may have been drunk.

Shortly after the video started to be shared online, Kristina was sacked.

She angrily retaliated by posting online: “I was fired because of a violation of discipline.

“There is nothing vulgar in the video,” wrote Kristina, which is basically true. Plus, it’s not like she was wearing her uniform when she was dancing. She was just goofing off on her own time.

Kristina plans on taking legal action to get her job back and even went as far as to take drug tests to prove her sobriety. It’s kind of bullshit she even felt the need to have blood drawn, but more power to her.

Meanwhile, over here in America, police officers can just spontaneously execute citizens in the street and get rewarded with a paid administrative leave.

Murder Suspect Tries To Snatch Cop’s Gun Inside Interview Room

Murder suspect tries to snatch cop’s gun inside interview room

Siioc6e[1]

CINCINNATI, OH -A man arrested on a murder charge Tuesday tried to grab a Cincinnati Police officer’s gun from its holster while being processed at the Criminal Investigation Section.

Thomas Robinson, 23, is accused of shooting 17-year-old Joseph Reno Armstrong Jr. on June 17.

In surveillance footage from inside an interview room, an officer is working to change Robinson’s handcuffs when the suspect glances at the gun then makes his move, briefly getting his hands on the weapon.

As officers work to restrain him, you can hear Robinson yell “Kill Me” six times during the battle for the gun.

The officer is able to keep both hands on his holster as two other cops come in to help. The fight for the weapon lasted about 13 seconds before police forced Robinson to the ground with a stun gun.

It took less than one second for Robinson to get his hand from a resting position and onto the officer’s sidearm. Then it takes about one second for that officer react and get both hands on his weapon.

legal analyst Mike Allen said Robinson will be facing at least an assault to a police officer charge. Allen said that because you can see Robinson go for the gun, a prosecutor could possibly charge Robinson with attempted murder.

Timothy Runnels was sentenced to four years behind bars for the 2014 tasing arrest that put teenager Bryce Masters in a coma. This picture of Masters in the hospital following the arrest that was also just released as part of a larger release of documents related to the investigation: As part of his guilty plea, Runnels admitted that he violated the teenager's civil rights during the arrest by intentionally dropping him face first on the ground while Masters posed no threat. According to court documents, Runnels also admitted to injuring the teenager.

Court filings also say the government proved that Runnels deployed his taser, hitting Masters in the chest and allowing the current to run for about 20 seconds, which is four-times longer than officers are trained to have their tasers deployed. Masters suffered cardiac arrest, but survived due to medical treatment given at the scene and at a hospital. Runnels is ordered to begin his sentence at the start of August, and will be on supervised release for two years after he gets out of a federal prison. The Masters family gave this statement following the release of Runnels' sentence:

"While we are pleased that Mr. Runnels was held accountable for his actions, no one really wins in this scenario. Two law enforcement families were devastated by these events and we all simply wish that day had never happened."

Cop Goes Full Fists Of Fury On The Face Of An Ole Miss Student Who Asked Him To Chill

fightThere are a lot of different ways you can react to someone telling you to chill.

You can heed their advice, take a deep breath and unwind.

You can dismiss their words, and continue to not be chill.

Or, if you are an off-duty cop working a field party at Ole Miss, when a dude taps you on the shoulder and says ‘hey, chill,’ you can tackle him to the ground and then unleash a fury of punches into his face.

The choice is yours.

The video comes from our blog friends at Total Frat Move, and it shows quite the take down.

Here’s another angle.

According to WREG, Anthony Cantu was arrested for head butting a security guard at the party and breaking his nose, but it is unclear if or when the head butt occurred.

A Narcotics Cop Is In Some Hot Bong Water After Getting Busted Transporting 247 Pounds Of Weed

247-pounds-weed

I don’t know of any jobs that explicitly ask you, when you get hired, to not deal drugs (I know for certain that I wasn’t asked this in any interview for any job), but I imagine if you get hired to work narcotics for the police, they expect a little more of you than say, the dude who hired you to be a bouncer at a rural night club.

Christopher Heath signed up to work narcotics in California. He was a deputy for the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department, part of a narcotics task force. He was primarily focused on marijuana enforcement (which makes sense, being Northern California and all).

I guess he learned a lot (or not a lot, I guess), because he was just busted in Pennsylvania with 247 pounds of weed. That’s about $2 million in street value.

Heath and two others were arrested in York County while transporting the pot after police received a tip. At the time of the arrest, Heath had both his badge and service weapon with him.

Nice work, Bro.

He had told the Yuba County Sheriff’s office that he was on vacation at the time.

Yea. Vacation from duty to enforce the law. Although I guess I don’t do my job when I’m off the clock either.

Yuba County is now investigating cases Heath was involved in to see if any were compromised.

Heath and his partners were released on $1 million bail.
