Corey Haim’s Mother Threatens To Sue Corey Feldman Over Sexual Abuse Claims

Back in May, Corey Feldman gave a fascinating, detailed, and heartbreaking interview to The Hollywood Reporter about the rampant pedophilia in Hollywood, suffered by both Feldman himself as well as his late best friend/fellow child star Corey Haim. When asked why Feldman couldn’t simply go ahead and name names, he shared that due to the statute of limitations in California and the massive PR wall of protection surrounding Hollywood abusers, he “would be in legal problems and the one that would be sued.”

But the kingfish who make up the A-list pedophile ring aren’t the only ones Feldman has to fear legal action from, should he continue discussing the sexual abuse. On Sunday, TMZ reported that Haim’s mother, Judy Haim, has lawyered up:

She says that’s all BS … adding Feldman is just looking for attention and a big paycheck. Judy also says she sent Feldman a cease and desist letter back in July … threatening him to stop the lies, or else.

As TMZ points out, Haim is deceased, and you can’t legally defame a dead person. However, at least one of the abusers, whom Radar claims to know the identity of, is, according to Feldman, “still prominently in the business today.”

“With me, there were some molestations,” Feldman said, “and it did come from several hands, so to speak, but with Corey, his was direct rape, whereas mine was not actual rape.” The 45-year-old added that he knows “every single person that interfered with his life, and he knew every person that interfered with mine,” prompting speculation that the friends were abused by at least one of the same men.

During a visit to CBS’s “The Talk” on September 22, Feldman acknowledged Haim’s mom: “His mom gets very upset every time his name gets brought up.” Feldman believes that she thinks he’s using her son’s memory for publicity, which Feldman rejects.

TMZ’s report echoes the mother’s reasoning, stating: “She says that’s all BS … adding Feldman is just looking for attention and a big paycheck.” To be fair, it’s hard to believe that the sexual abuse claims are BS, as Haim himself angrily confronted Feldman for staying friendly with his rapist in an episode of their 2007-2008 reality show “The Two Coreys”:

“You let me get fucked around in my life, man. Raped, so to speak, when I was about 14 and a half — and I’m saying this right now — by a guy you still fuckin’ hang out with. And [you] tell me — I’m 14 and a half — take responsibility. You know exactly what I’m talking about. What’d you do when you saw that shit going down when I was 14? What’d you do? You knew about it. Besides being his best friend, what’d you do? What’d you do? You did cocaine with me. God bless you.”

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, when asked if he had ever confronted this A-list abuser, Feldman stated: “We’ve run into each other many times but no, I’ve never confronted him.”

What rumors continuously repeat is that as Haim’s alleged abuse took place “on and off set,” the A-lister is respected, and occurred (as Haim himself states) when Haim was 14 and a half. Considering Haim was born in December of 1971, the math suggests the incident took place around the time he was filming “Lucas.” The Daily Mail reported that in Feldman’s book, he writes of Haim:

At some point during the filming [of Lucas], he explained an adult male convinced him that it was perfectly normal for older men and younger boys in the business to have sexual relations, that it was what all “guys do.”
