Emily Sears’ Instagram Pics Will Be Seared Into Your Brain

Emily Sears‘ has got a searing hot bod.

This was one of my favourite days in 2017. In Malibu with @1stphorm BCAAS, and some friends to swim and run around. I feel the most alive and active when I can be outside and get fresh air and see water. But it’s also so calming to be by the water. Its so refreshing, and having #1stphorm BCAA to sip on is awesome because it stops me from getting drained from the heat and sun and hiking up stairs and trails to and from the water all day. (I love beach days but I can get depleted and dehydrated easily without being prepared) . Now that Christmas is over, I’m missing summer. Especially since holidays for me growing up in Australia were always in summer. My family would always spend this time between Christmas and New Years at the beach playing cricket on the sand and swimming all day, and I miss that. . I’ve been thinking about sacrifice and how important it is to embrace and stand in the discomfort of sacrifice. . Everything in life is a trade off, and very few things worth having come easily and you’re going to have to work for the things you want. . Emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially. You have to do the work to get the reward. . What if we you could shift your perspective to embrace the discomfort and pain of going without something you like, knowing it ultimately means working through that discomfort brings you closer to what you love. What you need? Can you embrace your discomfort to get you out of that comfort zone that’s holding you back from your dreams? . The necklace I’m wearing in this picture has my brother and mums initials on it, I know that as I work hard in life for what I want, I always have their support. If you’ve given up already-it’s not too late to get back on track and moving towards your goals. Remember that you deserve to achieve the things you want but you have to get out of your own way and prioritize. . Let’s talk about a huge thief of success: FOMO or, FEAR OF MISSING OUT! You deserve after work dinners and drinks and dessert but you also deserve to feel healthy, wake up feeling good and hangover free, feeling healthy and happy in your skin. Success is in your priorities and the choices you make. Use your FOMO but start to project it onto fear of missing out on other things like being able to buy your own house, being completely happy with your health and fitness, feeling on top of your game and having more energy. I promise you’re going to have a lot less fomo after you’ve done your work and completed your goal, and won’t it feel better partying every night when you actually have accomplishments to celebrate? . For night time workouts (when everyone else is ordering takeout or out drinking) I recommend @1stphorm ALPHACRE preworkout. Are you getting enough rest?????Laying up with @1stphorm glutamine – if you’re like me and hear all these names of supplements and know they’re healthy and you need them but you don’t know why or what they do, let me explain how glutamine assists with recovery??‍? . Glutamine is an essential amino acid found in the body-amino acids are what build protein in your body and protein turns into muscle. 60% of skeletal muscle is made from glutamine and if your glutamine levels get too low then you can become catabolic and waste muscle tissue, and have longer recovery time. . Sometimes it’s true that you are stronger than you know but it’s better to let a professional trainer or instructor who knows what they’re doing push you to that level than try to show out and flex and hurt yourself. #1stphorm staff are always available to call to ask questions from also. They know what they’re talking about and they want to help. Turning my back on 2017 like….??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♂️ in the gym with @1stphorm #BCAA and #ALPHACre kettle ball swings are one of my favourite exercises I always include them in my routine. ???? (I’ve been using alphacre when I work out at later in the day or at night-it’s stimulant free so I’m still able to fall asleep after getting a good workout in. I still love #1stphorm #megawatt for morning workouts but I love having both to choose from.) . So! We survived 2017!! . And like every year we’re all working on our resolutions but let’s be honest- F*** resolutions. Be ready. NOW. Go do what you have to do to get what you want in 2018. Let’s cut the BS. If you want something bad enough you’re going to make it happen. Don’t let anything stop you from achieving! . In 2018 let’s stop worrying what other people think .
