Hot ‘Instagram Model’ Racks Up $2 Million In Fraudulent Charges Including Luxury Cars And Lavish Trips In Identity-Theft Ring

A sexy ‘Instagram Model’ from Miami is facing charges stemming from an identity theft ring that allegedly rang up over $2 million in charges on lavish vacations, sports cars, and more. She has since deleted her Instagram account (don’t worry, I’ve still got the pics from her Twitter and you can see them below), and she hasn’t tweeted since March 14th, but 26-year-old Patricia Perez-Gonzalez used to be an avid participator in Maxim’s #HotPicAtNoon hashtag. Here’s a quick preview of what she looks like, but before we check out more pics of her let’s take a look at the charges that she and her boyfriend are facing:

The NYPost reports:

Curvy vixen Patricia Perez-Gonzalez, 26, her boyfriend Alberto Companioni, 31, and others allegedly opened 40 American Express Platinum cards using their victims’ stolen personal information, the Manhattan DA’s office said.
The cards were then mailed to vacant homes across the country where the thieving couple or their accomplices snatched them up over a two-year period.
The ring primarily targeted the elderly, officials said.
The Miami-based couple flew to New York, California and Hawaii, dined at pricey restaurants like Bagatelle and blew tens of thousands at Hermes, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and the Apple store, court records show.
Perez-Gonzalez, whose Twitter feed showcases dozens of racy shots of herself, often resold the goods through her online clothing shop “Le Fashion Wheels,” according to the DA’s office.
The duo’s Miami pad was allegedly filled with stolen merchandise, including racing bikes, expensive skiing gear, a Rolex watch and Chanel handbags, officials said.

I’m sure that Bagatelle, Hermes, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Apple, Rolex, and Chanel just LOVE being named in this case. All press is good press, right?

I know you didn’t come to hear about all of the stuff she bought though, you’re here to see photos of the girl who allegedly ran up $2 million in fraudulent charges with her boyfriend:

and last but not least:

Miami’s Local 10 talks about the nature of this identity theft scam:

After getting the information from dozens of victims, investigators said the couple used it to apply for 40 American Express Platinum cards. And they had them mailed to empty properties, so they could pick them up and use them, authorities said.

So. SO FUCKED.

You have to be some kind of special to take advantage of the elderly, people who don’t know that you can’t trust anyone anymore, people who truly cannot afford to take financial hits because they mostly live on a fixed income. Stuff like this makes me sick.
