Jeff Goldblum Immortalized As A 25-Foot Statue In London
To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Jurassic Park, London erected a 25-foot statue of Jeff Goldblum near the Tower Bridge.
NOW TV, a streaming service in the UK, decided this was a good use of their time and money. In fairness to them, a giant Jeff Goldblum statue is 100 percent a good use of their time and money.
Of course, it doesn’t make any sense.
Jurassic Park was released 25 years ago in June. And none of the movie was filmed in London. Goldblum doesn’t even have ties to London. He was born in Pennsylvania and none of his three wives are from England. There is literally no reason for this statue to exist where it does.

It's a bit far-fetched but you should stick with it for the nips alone… pic.twitter.com/K1UEXfRo4e— Gav Murphy (@cymrogav) July 18, 2018
