Judge Loses His Cool With Woman Who Brutally Killed Her Boyfriend

A judge shouted, “I hope you die in prison” at a woman who brutally killed her disabled boyfriend.

Camia Gamet was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole at a court in Jackson, Mississippi, after the savage slaying of her partner.

Judge John McBain called the case one of the most “cold-blooded murders” he had ever dealt with and told the killer: “If this was a death penalty state, you’d be getting the chair.”

Gamet beat and stabbed her partner Marcel Hill to death in May 2013 – he was found with 11 wounds from a fillet knife as well as injuries from other items, including a table and a floor lamp. She claimed she was acting in self-defence.

It wasn’t just the killing that got Judge McBain so angry; during the trial Gamet was seen rolling her eyes and laughing as members of Hill’s devastated family gave evidence, as you can see in the video below.

Gamet also interrupted Hill’s auntie Diana Banks-Joiner during a heart-breaking account of her nephew, asking, ‘Is that it?’

It all got too much for McBain who said: “You’re going to shut your mouth or I’m going to have some duct tape put on it.

“You gutted him like a fish in that apartment.

“You were relentless. You stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed until he was dead.”

Speaking outside of court Banks-Joiner: “We as a family will take this special gift that you gave Marcel and tell it to other men of all ages, sizes and races that abuse is abuse regardless of what gender.

“And that they are not less of a man for reporting it and walking away but a better man because they know that love is not being beat, stabbed or hit in the head with hammers.”

According to the news outlet, the courtroom applauded when the sentence was passed.
