New York skyline by a ship in the harbor. Lots of lovely brick and mortar buildings are seen. The shore has plenty of boat rides going on, including ferries.

I had marveled (in the 1980s) at the old wrought iron building near the end of the film with 3 slots for ferry boats. I had no idea it was already old in the 1930s.
