Playmate Dani Mathers Banned From Gym, Fired From Job Over Body Shaming Nude Woman

There’s no end in sight to the fallout resulting from Playmate Dani Mathers’ ill-advised decision to take a creep shot of a nude woman in the shower of an L.A. Fitness locker room and (supposedly accidentally) post it to her Snapchat Story. On Thursday, an L.A. Fitness rep said that the gym had contacted the police over the fact that Mathers had violated another member’s privacy.

In addition to the police report, Mathers was banned from the entire L.A. Fitness chain.

Mathers “is not permitted back at any club, ever,” a company rep told the gossip site.

Good luck joining a new gym.

Aside from being persona non grata at L.A. Fitness, Mathers was suspended from her regular appearances on the KLOS morning radio show “Heidi and Frank,” a gig she’s held for several years.

Also, a Bronx, New York, resident named Jessica Perez started a Change.org petition that has been circulating across social media. The petition is requesting that L.A. County Police charge Mathers with “privacy violation”:

Her actions violate 18 U.S. Code § 1801 – Video voyeurism which states: “Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, has the intent to capture an image of a private area of an individual without their consent, and knowingly does so under circumstances in which the individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

The petition is just a few hundred signatures away from its 7,500 goal.

If you were thinking of giving Mathers a piece of your mind on Twitter, don’t bother. She deleted her account almost immediately after the post went viral.
