Police Officers Taser A Nurse In An Emergency Room For Talking Too Loud

Emergency rooms are tense places. No one wants to be there, people often wait in pain for their turn to be seen and as a result, tempers can fly. But rarely to tantrums come from the medical staff themselves.

This shocking footage has now emerged of police officers tasering a nurse at a Tennesse hospital. 42-year-old Roger W. Davis whose mother was being treated at the hospital’s ER was being disruptive to staff members their so police were called to the site.

According to the officers, when they arrived at the scene, Davis was still talking to his father. They asked him to speak more quietly out of respect for the other people waiting to be treated, but when he refused, they subsequently asked him to leave.

The officers instructed Davis to put his hands behind his back and threatened him with a taser when he didn’t comply. He still refused, so they tasered him, despite potentially triggering his heart condition. He screamed in pain as he fell to the floor. Davis was subsequently arrested and taken to jail for two counts of assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
