Dude just put in a 45 second mile!

@stayreadyhq ・・・ Touching on this mornings workout regarding speed/agility, I just wanted to hit you guys with one of my older post. . You are having a slower type of day. Just waiting for the red-light to turn green. A call goes over the air for an armed robbery suspect that fled in a white sedan right around the area you are. Boom, he flies past you and crashes seconds later. Have you been training and preparing for this moment or have you gotten comfortable and lazy. I would’ve hoped you carried that stay ready mindset. Because not every person you have to pursue on foot is some slow slob or some fool with their pants falling down to their ankles as they run. You will come across a person like this who had some wheels on him. . Success favors the prepared. Run them sprints, but also work on that endurance. You need to catch em but also have fuel in the tank once you do. Personally, I train for both each week. Find a way to work it into your programming.
