Swedish Beggar Had More Than $750K On Him When Police Arrested Him

You’d think with that much scratch in your pockets, you’d be way less of a dick.

According to LADbible, a 55-year-old Swedish man was recently arrested outside of the Resecentrum bus and train station in Uppsala for threatening people who didn’t give him money for what he told them was a “train ticket home to the west of Sweden.” It’s unknown if he was saving up enough money to buy a first class ticket or perhaps the whole damn train, but when police arrived on the scene to arrest him, they found that he had so much cash on him “that it started spilling from his jacket pockets.”

Just how much did the lying jerk have on him at the time of his arrest? Well, you’re going to want to sit down or at least hold your phone with two hands so you don’t drop it in the toilet. Ready? All right, here it is. The guy had $753,905 worth of Swedish krona (roughly six million krona) in his possession. In fact, there were so many bills and coins on him that it took officers more than a day to count it all.

So I guess at this point we’re going to have to retire the age-old saying that beggars can’t be choosers. Obviously, this beggar chose to be an aggressive dick despite having enough money to buy a mansion on a lake in Wisconsin, and it was that poor choice that will now likely leave him penniless once again or perhaps behind bars for up to two years.
